Vinylselection to release limited edition pressing of "Alpe della Luna" by celebrated flautist Roberto Fabbriciani

Vinylselection is delighted to be working with the virtuoso flautist and inventor and primary performer of the hyperbass flute Roberto Fabbriciani!

The recently completed recording of "Alpe della Luna", comprising four movements with a total running time of 37'50 will be released as a limited edition 200g heavyweight vinyl pressing.

In memory of Gavin Costello - appeal for MacMillan

A tribute to the memory of the late Gavin Costello, Gavin always dreamed of a career in music but tragically his life was cut short at an early age.

Some old recordings were found in the loft by his brother Jake, Vinylselection is delighted to help raise funds for MacMillan in Gavin's memory by releasing a professionally mastered digital version of the tracks - read more.

Stations of the Clyde

Stations of the Clyde are a set of works composed for the opening of the 'Stations of the Green' exhibition curated by The Drouth, inspired by Douglas Gordon's public art work 'Proof.' The exhibition ran at the New Glasgow Society 1307 Argyle St from 26th April to 17th May 2013.

Stations of the Green

An exhibition focusing on Turner Prize winning GSA alumnus Douglas Gordon's demolished work 'Proof' at Glasgow Green Station. Curated by Johnny Rodger and Mitch Miller as a GSA cross-school collaboration.

A collective of artists, writers, photographers together with sponsors The Glasgow School of Art, New Glasgow Society,The Drouth, University of Salford, Glasgow City Council, and opening of an exhibition in the New Glasgow Society gallery to mark the demolition of artist Douglas Gordon's work 'Proof' at Glasgow Green Station.

The specially commissioned piece of music by contemporary composer Stephen Davismoon will now be made available on vinyl for the first time.

New release - Jan Kopinski Ghost Music

Vinylselection will shortly be announcing a new, limited edition, exclusive audiophile vinyl double LP gatefold pressing of Ghost Music by the celebrated saxophonist Jan Kopinski. This album has never been made available on vinyl before, and will also contain previously unreleased bonus material.
